Ordering, Returns, Replacements, and Warranty

Returns, Replacements and Warranty

Returns will be accepted before 30 days after a client receives items. Returns will only be accepted on unused, working items. Any item that have been used (i.e: Rockwool or Propagation blocks), will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to the seller for inspection. With that, the buyer is also responsible for any fees associated with shipping. For new items returned, the seller will not bill the buyer a restocking fee.

Warranty for each item will be stated on the product page, if no warranty is mentioned, there is no warranty for the product. If an item breaks within the warranty period, the customer will be responsible to return the item at their cost. A replacement will only be issued if the fault of the item was due to a manufacturing defect. The following reasons are not covered under warranty: electrical storms or surges, floods, water damage, physical damage or abuse. It will be up to the discretion of the seller, if a  warranty will be issued. As sellers, we only warranty items, issued under the “Good 2 Grow” brand name, returning another sellers item to us for a warranty return is considered mail fraud and will be treated as such.

At times, during shipping, packages are lost or damaged. These are external factors that, as sellers, we try to mitigate as best as possible. As sellers, we package items to ensure the safest delivery to the customer. Filling a claim for goods damaged on delivery, takes approximately 1 week to process and during that time, we ask you, the customer, to be patient with us. If a buyer’s package is broken beyond any usable repair, as sellers, we will replace it free of charge. If a buyer’s package is missing, we, as sellers, will do our best to locate it. Each case is unique, so please be patient. Please feel free to contact support@good2grow.ca with any of these claims.
